Our B&B

Villa Kara is a B&B located in a splendid setting on the island of Crete in the Rethymnon region, surrounded by greenery among olive trees, with breathtaking sea views, a stone's throw from the most evocative fine sandy beaches of Crete.

Our B&B is located in a small ancient village of few inhabitants, called Mesi, located in the north west of the island, a few kilometers from the sea, surrounded by nature and tranquility, but also a few steps from taverns and shops. !


Furthermore, Villa Kara is located right next to the road that leads to the south-west part of the island, where there are the most suggestive beaches of the whole island, such as Matala, Agia Galini, Plakia, Preveli, Frangokastello and many others.

However, by traveling along the main road towards the west of the island, in just 2 hours you can reach the Balos lagoon, the beaches of Falasarna and a little further down that of Elafonissi.

In short, thanks to the strategic position in which we are located, our guests can easily and quickly reach most of the most famous beaches on the island, avoiding having to travel hours and hours by car.
